How much time is best for physical education to maintain a healthy lifestyle? Guidelines vary among how much physical education is required to remain healthy. Between 30 and 60 minutes per day of accumulated activity is recommended. However, more activity than that is pushed also. This amount of physical output is optional, though. To be the healthiest that you can be, guidelines suggest to provide more physical education than the minimal requirement.
