Masked Boobies are white and black birds that have a strange sense of right and wrong. They lay two eggs, because each egg has a 60% chance of survival. The older sibling typically will murder its younger sibling by forcing it out into the hot sun, since they are bigger and more powerful. The mom does nothing because it is very hard for her to take care of two offspring. The mother has about an 92% chance to survive after raising one child, while it has a 75% chance if it raises two children.

The larger sibling puts the smaller one out to die because the larger one would  have a better chance to live. Same with the parents, if they have to feed two offspring, they also have less of a chance to live the following year. They hatch two eggs in the first place because they only have a 60% hatch chance. They are a little bit  different from island to island. They only eat algae, and they have a special bacteria in their stomach to digest the algae.  The smaller organisms have a better chance of surviving an El Nino. They swim in a quick, snake like motion. About 10% of all animals on the Galapagos Islands are marine iguanas.
