As National Youth Commisioner and Head delegate of the total of 9 Youth delegates attending this forum i make sure to remind my Youth Commisioners That they have a voice , to not only voice complaints and concerns but also come together with other scouts and young leaders and develop new and engaging activities targeted to youth, for youths by youths- this for youths by youths approach allows young people to feel heard and to be part of the decision making process as who better to know what young people, want than young people
