It provides context of the world around us and the interpersonal aspect of different communities. The world is very interconnected and it is vital students learn the rich diversity we experience in the world and how to collaborate and participate on a global scale.

It is fundamentally character building and ensures a holistic approach to themselves and others.

It completes the program by connecting the theory and the practical application of knowledge to create a well rounded student. It also creates balance in a rigorous and demanding program to prepare them for the continued challenges of the real world. It highlights the gravitas of experiences outside of those being graded.
