- Sally wanted a job at Toys R Us, but the employer did not want to hire her after finding out that she is 55 years old. This was because he felt that only younger workers should work in a facility such as this one. 

-A religious fundraiser was being held in Homewood. John was really interested in a job joining the fundraiser. When asking for a position,  the employer knew john for being bisexual and would not offer him a position. 

-A office manager was in the process of interviewing for a position at his establishment. One woman had the employers interest out of all interviews.
