LOCKDOWN FOOD TECH CHALLENGE #4 - GET ME OUT OF THE KITCHEN! (Option 2) by Greta

Hate cooking, or find it hard? This one is for you! In this challenge you make a dish for yourself (or your family) that gives the maximum taste for the minimum effort. This is where you prove that you can put together a tasty dish from packets and cans, jazzed up with some healthy fresh produce, all with very little cooking (or even none, using all fresh produce). This challenge gives everyone the chance to grab 10 House points (5 for proving that you can make a super quick and easy dish that is also tasty, and another 5 for including healthy, fresh produce in the dish). One lucky person will win an extra 5 points for giving Mrs Mackie the idea that she is "most likely to try" (because she is not that great at cooking but loves eating tasty food!)

TWO MINUTE NOODLES PLUS

Although some may argue that two-minute noodles are not exactly a healthy food, Indomie Mi Goreng two-minute noodles remain a guilty pleasure. These are the only two-minute noodles I eat, and I always jazz them up by adding protein and salad ingredients, making this dish feel infinitely more virtuous. For this simple lunch, I have added fresh baby spinach leaves, juicy cherry tomatoes and succulent pieces of teriyaki chicken, sprinkled with fresh basil and ground black pepper. This creates a dish that is filling, tasty and can be constructed in 5 minutes. The fresh produce complementing the spicy noodles lift this dish from the mundane to the pleasurable.
