The first one is that it's important and useful. National and international company use English as a way of communication for all official and legal things. English is the most commonly used language in the world and it's also one of the most important skills for them who wants to work in national or either international company. But I may also add that when should we use the native language and when do we use the English language because the statement said it's for an international company so the co-workers and the clients can be from different nations and learning each native language may take a long time despite still doing a job which means every time values.
