INTERREGIONALES MENTORING

One of the main target of BPW ist to support women in worklife/career ans its networking.

Thinking of know ideas to catch members during the meeting 09.04.16,  we developped the IDEA of INTER-REGINAL MENTAORING. young women from Carinzia and FVG should join short (for ex. 2 weeks to 2 month as possible) working stage at BPW members, -  a woman from Friuli can improve ita german in a lawyer's office by doing a 1 month stage or to get first or further work experinces - get to know BPW or enlarge member-knowledge .

WANTED.1 responsible person til mid of summer 2016 for FVG and Carinzia ( 2 persons) 

TARGET. definition of this project til september 
End of 2016 database with members that would place at the proposal jobs/stage with precise term

CREATE NODE: Database interregional of BPW Members 

DISSEMINATION: starting of school year the project manager could present the idea in schools like (superiori , istit.technici, istit economici, etc..), centri di orientamento professionale e universita - anche brevi. 

CREATE Flyer and oral presentations 

from spring 2017 applications could be filed. 
Requirements: age 18 to 35 (limite as „Young BPW“) and knowledge basic of language 

START: summer 2017

PLANNED AIMS
create partnership between BPW Kärnten (Villach, Spittal) and FIDAPA-BPW, encourage young women to spend a period in the transfrontal area to get to know other members, and to speak the other's language. New members should be attacted by this offer
