GP: for seapark clinic, most of patients are chinese. I think it is better to put at least one chinese student so that easy to communicate. Other than that, dr really help me to learn about cases in clinic.
KK: the doctors and staff nurse really kind and willing to teach us. I gain a lot knowledge from them.

I would like to thanks for all the lecturers for your willingness to teach us and guide us to become better future doctor. And also i would like to thanks for my groupmates for your cooperations. Good luck exam tomorrow.😊

2 weeks in clinic Dr Fateh were interesting. He is a good doctor which always listen to patient and treat them accordingly. What surprised me was he can speak a few foreign languages that which make him kinda of porpular among the foreign workers. He shared his experience and life stories with us. He taught us on how to treat patient in a private clinical setting and also how to set up a clinic. I enjoy the 2 weeks there.

For GP :
- there were quite less hands on we did in GP. But it's ok because we only need to know about how they started the clinic. So i can say it was too relax being there. And I think 1 week may be enough.

For KK
- there were a lot more things to learn from the FMS and MO. They taught as a lot. A lot of interactive sessions.
- we got to clerk patients, learn how they manage and most importantly we can apply whats in the CPG! ^^ . I understand more how doctor actually practice that on patient.

GP dr Abu Kassim
There were alot of pt came to his clinic so we manage to explore range of medical problems in GP. Dr was very priotising his patients and at the same time, he would teach us when he has free times. All the staffs in the clinic also very nice and I impressed with their skills in doing their jobs.

KKSK
Compared to gp, I learn FMS would approach the patient as a whole. I believe it was imprtant so that we can screen other medical problems in patients and manage then appropriately. Percepting session was good for us so that we can learn and improve on our consultation skills in the future. Besides, i also learn alot in treatment rooms (give nebs, teach patient how to do spirometry, consult on hiv test, have chances to put ecg on patients etc). The doctors and other staffs here were very friendly and willing to teach and share alot of knowledge to us

GP Dr Guna
Overall this GP was very good as i was able to conduct simple procedures on patients. And we managed to about the common presentation of patients and explore on the management given in private setting which is very different from government setting. We followed two Drs in this clinic and both of them were very willing to teach us. However, many patients are indians so i would suggest to at least put 1 indian student for each session for translation to make it easier for the other student to understand.

KKSP
The clinical sessions here were very beneficial as we were able to observe how the MO clerks the patient and compare it with how it's done by the FMS. We learned a lot regarding diabetes and hypertension especially. The MO were friendly and sometimes we were given the chance to examine the patient and present our findings. We also could appreciate how patients are managed accordingly , including referrals to Hospital whenever needed. All in all, we gained a lot of experience through this posting here although just 2 weeks here.

For GP Ian Ong, we got to know what is functional medicine all about and most of the things Dr shared with us is beyond our knowledge which mostly comes from research. We did learn on how to start up new clinic including all the costs required. For KKS, it’s totally different from GP as we could clerk the patients. We could see many chronic cases and how to manage them and other common cases that usually found in primary care.
