2) If this Dover Forest is not removed, new young couples would not have any new flats to move into which would mean there would be a shortage for houses.

3)This forest should be removed so as to allow more flats to be built to meet the demand and so that other forests would not be removed.

removing the forest will cause climate change in Singapore as there is now lesser trees and more house which increase greenhouse gases.
Wild animals who lives in the forest will move to public area as they do not have other place to live causing houses nearby to be attack by the wild animals

Since there is a increase of married couples they would want to buy bto houses as it cheaper for them. --> have to purchase housing from the open market (no subsidies available)
The increasing populations would mean that there is a shortage of houses so if the forest is cleared there is more spaces for housing for the people in Singapore

The forest is homes to many animals and there would not be anymore places for sight-seeing anymore. Cutting down of trees would  be climate change and lesser oxygen in the air. It would also take many years for forest to be built up again if you decide to have reforestation. If we continue to cut trees, there would be even worst global warming in the world.
