         <description><![CDATA[<p>Fiqh is concerned with human life but more specifically with intentional action. fiqh begins by categorizing human action into intentional and unintentional, then it systematically evaluates each intentional action in the light of revelation to determine its its religious classification. Fıqh puts every intentional human action into a provision. Fuqaha classified actions into 5 categories: mubah -&gt; neither required nor prohibited</p><p>al haram -&gt; strictly forbidden</p><p>al wagib -&gt; actions that must be performed</p><p>al makruh -&gt; discouraged but not sinful (?)</p><p>al mandub -&gt; actions that are encouraged and rewarded but not mandatory. Hanafi mazhab has two more categories : fardh and markup hanafi mazhab has two more categories : fardh and markup tahrimanb</p><ul><li><p>al-fard: absolutely obligatory, proven definitely</p></li><li><p>al wagib - a transitional category between al fard and al mandub</p></li><li><p>makruh tahreeman: a transitional category between al haram and al markuh</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>99% of intentional human actions are permissible, mubah -&gt; all actions permissible until proven otherwise</p></li><li><p>fard/wagib and haram most important bc determine boundaries of lawful(unlawful actions)</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>We started with a summary of the las one as we redifine fiqh not as islamic law but as a wider concept that is a guide framework. It categorizes the intentional actions. </p><p><br></p><p>Then we talked about categorizes of the propositions. There are 2 types: 1) categorical (which are the mezheps) 2) relational (sebep, rukn, şart and mani) </p><p><br></p><p>Second clas we started with sources of fiqh to make propositions. Fisrt two are abviously Quran and ahadith. Then many other aoptions come such as kiyas, wellbeing of the society, İstihsan (preference among options) etc.</p><p><br></p><p>Then we talked aboutearly history in 2 ways: First as capitalsa (Madina, Damascus, Baghdad). Second, as people: Sahaba, Tabiun (7 independent jusrist), Taba'Tabiun </p><p><br></p><p>Lastly we talked about how the mezhebs emerged starting from Hanefi, Maliki, Shafi, and Hanbeli. How they got effected from each other and how they established</p>]]></description>
