• Explore a variety of locomotor and non-locomotor movements in variations of position (i.e., above/below, in front of/behind, beside, between) and formation (e.g., line, square, circle, triangle), with and without contacting group members, in response to a range of stimuli.

• Work in small groups of 3 to 5, to develop and demonstrate a sequence of movement phrases and perform in various positions, with and without contacting group members.

Teachers may assign additional roles to students (e.g., timekeeper etc.).

• Once the groups are comfortable with their dance, they will upload one video per phrase.

• The teacher will guide students in giving feedback based on the "Sequence of Performance."

• The teacher will explain the differences between the "Emerging," "Developing," and "Proficient" levels.

• The teacher will then guide students in giving feedback on "Movement to the Beat of the Music" before addressing "Modification to Movement."
