We were able to work in 3 different formats (Large group, Small Group, and independent), this meant we were never stagnant. We were also able to work at our own pace. So those that could work through items faster, completed sooner.

One piece of the blended learning that I liked today was that we could pick and choose on the menu which professional development avenue to pursue first.
In my classroom I would be able to use blended learning to provide students a menu of opportunities. Students could decide what order to approach their learning.

I really like that the administration adopts and utilizes the blending learning approach. They model the approach and use it within PD days.
I believe I would be able to adopt a blended learning approach in my room to present multiple opportunities for my students. Not all students learn in the same manner, so having multiple options would be beneficial.
