One time in grade 6, (2023) The class was playing a video game that I never knew about before. One kid in our class kept winning over and over again, and everyone was getting upset. I thought at first that this game was dumb, but all of a sudden the same kid had beaten a girl in the game and said "Girls are so easy to beat". Then I snapped, I hopped on the game for the first time, and then we started. He was really good no doubt, but in the game, both players got 3 lives, and both of us were down to 1. Then I just started to click random things on my controller and I ended up beating him. Then after that, everyone was scared to Verse me.😎

In May of 2023, I could take three weeks off of school to go on vacation. It was a wonderful opportunity because I was given the chance to visit different places in Asia. The first was Hong Kong and I stayed in my grandma's apartment. I visited family that I had not seen in a while and I took the train everywhere. I also visited Fiji Mountain. I was able to get a souvenir there and it was insanely amazing. The second area that I visited was Singapore. Although it was hot, it was very beautiful there. Finally, I was able to visit my favourite place which is Japan. It's very high-tech there and there was so much to see. The food was amazing and I hope that I am able to experience these things again soon.

This past year, on September 10th, I was minding my own business, while my mom was with my older sister, who was pregnant and my nephew. I decide to play a game with my other siblings then i get a phone call from my mom so then i pick it up and My mom shows my new niece. Me and my sister started asking what her name was but they didn't have a name yet and now I'm an Aunt of 3, one nephew and two nieces! and her name is Iris.

For Christmas 2023 I got a lot of great stuff. I got a smart watch and wireless Samsung earbuds. They are perfect so now I can listen to music without them dying on me. I also got $300 to buy some new clothes.

2023 Italy Galini cup. during the summer of 2023 me and my teammates went to Italy for an invitational tournament. Me and some of my friends went 1 week earlier to go sight seeing and have some fun before we had to lock in for the tournament. The only Canadian team won the tournament, while we were predicted to come dead last. While the other team lost 3-1 disappointed in their performances. Juventus academy was celebrating away cheerfully, as we take home the Galini cup.

In the past year 2023 I went on vacation. I went to Italy for 1 in a half months with my family. We went from July to Augest and had so much fun. In italy my Dad rented a ferrai and we went on many drives.

I went to Aruba on December 26th, I went for 11 days. I went with friends and family and had a great time. We did a lot of things and even got hurt because we did crazy things. I love leaving Canada because it's nice to be in the warmth when it is cold here.

During my birthday in July 2023, I got lots of gifts. My favorite gift overall was my ipad. I had an ipad previously but the screen broke. I was upset since i always used it and on my birthday i got surprised with it. I also got a beautiful case for it, now i use it all the time.

This past year I traveled to Italy for two weeks to see my family. We were in Rome and drove to a resort with beach houses, and we stayed there for a week. Then we went to Naples for a few days and stayed at an expensive hotel. After that we went back to Rome and saw the Coliseum and traveled back to Canada.

This past year, I went to two Leafs games in one week. On Tuesday they played the Vegas Golden Knights and on Thursday they played the Tampa Bay Lightning. When they played Vegas they ended up wining 5-0 and Mitch Marner scored a beauty goal by putting it in between his legs and shooting top corner. When they played Tampa It was 1-0 the whole game for the lightning and I was about to leave until the Leafs pulled their goalie and scored with under 10 seconds left. The game went to overtime and the Leafs scored to win the game 2-1.

Last year in grade 6 on March break, my family and I took a trip to Niagara Falls and went to so many places! We first decided to get a nice breakfast at the hotel we stayed at and then went to an arcade afterwards, where I won many tickets and was able to get cool prizes! The best part was that I won 1000 tickets from a wheel at the arcade. We later went for some refreshing ice cream and even visited a chocolatier. Later that day, we went to a swimming pool and ate there too! I had lots of fun, but was sad to leave.

My Italy and New York Vacation In 2023 - Sara Infantino

On June 25th 2023, I went to Italy to see my cousins for 6 weeks. We went on a boat to a seperate island, "The Isola di Capo Passero", which we got to explore on foot. It was a very cool and fun experince to explore an island. The island had a statue and a small castle. Then, in August for a week, I went to New York with my family. I stayed at a hotel near Times Square. We went to The Statue Of Liberty, Empire State building, a baseball game and took a tour of the 9/11 Memorial and Musem. During the New York Yankees game my family and I were shown on TV, but it was a bit blury. Overall, these two vacations were full of thrill and excitement!

On Christmas Day, my parents got me a ukulele. My parents thought I have no hobbies, so they decided to get me an instrument. I'm still learning the basics of the ukulele, but one day I'll get the hang of it. I'm grateful for my present and my parents.

This past year my family and I drove to Mount Tremblant for a skiing trip. We stayed in a resort that was facing the mountains. We mostly went on the bigger hills because the other hills were way too easy for us. We stayed there for 2 weeks and then drove back home.

During september me and my family travelled too Cuba. It was such a long plane ride we had to sleep because it took 5 to 6 hours which I really hated. Once we landed we had to wait so long for our luggage to come but not just that but we had to wait 2-3 hours just for our hotel to be ready. But we were so happy because the food there was amazing and so were the drinks. Once our hotel was ready we went to change and we checked out the beach, and we made tons of friends and we saw my sisters friend at the resort. We only spent $70 dollars for internet.

I went to a restaurant that 1,151 feet up in the sky. The restaurant was in the CN Tower and the restaurant also spun. The restaurant also had an award of first place in most creative food. The food there wasn't how I expected to be, it was like any restaurant in the world but the food there was very expensive. The experience I had up there was nice and I could see the whole city from up there.

Last year was epic !! I visited my Aunt in Uncle where our very own Auston Matthews was born and raised..Scottsdale Arizona not once but twice. Arizona is home to some most talented musicians actors and athletes due to its mild winters and active outdoor lifestyles. Not only was Arizona a blast with swimming all day and some of the best restaurants but i even got on a plane and took an hour flight to Las Vegas !!!! The city with world class entertainment and amazing hotels live shows and casinos .I got to see cirque du soleil live in Vegas which was really cool. Can't wait to go again. LETS GOOO !!
