He uses the many stylistic choices of pathos and logos. He uses the civil rights act map to show how the North is actually more segregated than the South despite popular belief. He also stated that schools are more segregated than they were a decade ago. Uses statistics and be it old statistics to compare current circumstances. He uses humor to grab the audience's attention and the inserts some serious facts and topics and repeat. He uses credible sources and cites his sources. He uses videos of actual people and their views on the topic to add perspective which he then follows up by humor.

The problems he mentioned with schooling was that the segregation of schools often times has a negative affect on the children themselves. They lack the association with other groups of people which causes the discrimination and stereotyping to be worse. He delivered the information in a comedic way. After providing a serious point on the issue he would then follow it with a joke to lighten the situation. At the beginning he held a certain bias towards the north mentioning how they think they are the least racist when in fact the schools in the south have lower racism in its school system.

The problems that are mentioned with schooling include segregation and not just in the South. The style of delivery includes comedy with a couple of statistics that are bias along with his points. The sense of humor lightens up the atmosphere of a serious topic. Although he focuses more on the African American, he does mention Hispanics, but no other minority. He uses statistics and testimonials such as the African America who experience going to school after segregation ended. He uses generalization with saying that New Yonkers are racist and funding tend to follow white people. Essentially the segregation of schools is a negative affect on the children and its the fault of the adults.

Schools in the North are more segregated than the South because the North never really desegregated their schools. They kept segregated schools because of the old practices of redlining. The less segregated schools have a negative effect on students. The white people have a biased on thinking that racial issues have no influence on what's happening, when it's their ignorant that is.
