         <description><![CDATA[<div>1)<strong><mark> Always be open to new learning</mark></strong><br>-Learning isn't only happening in school or while you are young. I have a whole life to learn. I need to always be willing to learn. Whether it be by keeping in touch with the best educational practices, regularly reading, researching new/innovative things, keeping in touch with current events, and actively engaging in my curiosities can help my development as an inquirer.<br><br>2) <strong><mark>Allow my students to follow their inquiries</mark></strong><br>-I understand everyone has natural curiosities. As a future educator, I need to support my students and their natural curiosities. I will help them use the skills, provide them with tools, and help them conduct their findings to help figure out their curiosities. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><mark>1) Ponder my teachings and experiences</mark></strong><br>-After I plan a lesson or teach a class, I need to reflect on my teachings, and figure out what went well and what needs improving. Doing this, will benefit my students and my teachings<br><strong><mark>2) Ask for feedback, recommendations, and critique</mark></strong><br>- Getting feedback, recommendations, and critiques over my teachings and outside of my teachings can improve and benefit my life. Asking for feedback can get other people's points of views that I may not see, can help me gauge where I am at, and can positively help my teachings and other parts of life. Whether it be asking a coworker, friend, family member, or stranger/acquaintance, asking for feedback can greatly benefit how I move forward.<br><br><strong><mark>3) Be open and willing to try new things/adjust to better myself and my teachings</mark></strong><br>- Learning and teaching won't always come the easiest or work the greatest. Instead of trying the same things that either don't work or are not the greatest, I need to be open to try new things. I need to not only take risks, but I also will need to use my feedback and knowledge to better my teachings. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) <strong><mark>Designating time for me to partake in activities that benefit all of the aspects of well-being (physical, mental, emotional, and intellectual). <br></mark></strong>-Making sure I am active in activities that positively impact my wellbeing are essential. Outside of my future teaching career, I could play tennis, hike, and bike (physical well-being); I could read, do puzzles, and learn new things (intellectual/mental well-being); Keep in touch with friends and family (emotional well-being). <br><br><br>2) <strong><mark>Actively using a calendar/agenda<br></mark></strong>-Using a calendar or agenda can benefit my personal/professional lifestyle. Calendars and agendas are great tools to stay organized, plan activities, and see what is happening in your daily life. I think that using these organizational tools can help me plan well-being activities, ease the stress on my mind for remembering things, and can help me see if I am/am not having a balanced life. </div>]]></description>
