         <description><![CDATA[<div>The usage of E-learning: Advantages &amp; Disadvantages towards Student's Learning Experiences during Covid-19 Pandemic.<br><br>Research Paradigms: Constructivism<br><br>Pros:<br>- Save time &amp; money: Can manage our schedule &amp; take online courses at our most convenient time. Don't have to pay for transportation or worry about eating on the go.<br>- Personalized learning: Can choose our learning path &amp; study at our own pace. Becoming more motivated &amp; invested in the course.<br>- Environment friendly: Reduce usage of paper. Reduce frequencies of vehicles usage on the road, reduce air pollution.&nbsp;<br>- Better retention: e-learning make use of different platform like GMeet, Microsoft Teams, etc., which provide interactive and variable content.&nbsp;<br><br>Cons:<br>- Lack of Focus: is a detriment since it make it more likely for students to drop out. Need more committed individual to find the motivation to complete courses.<br>- Potential Social Isolation: Signs of social isolation will likely to emerge due to prolonged hours of learning online. Lead to mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, etc.<br>- Technical Challenges: May face technical challenges like inadequate internet access, device hardware failure, &amp; unreliable electricity. Lack of regular internet access because inconsistent internet connection resulting in a loss coherence in learning.<br>- Lack of Communication Skills Development: Lack of socialization resulting to hesitation among students to collaborate effectively and lack of cooperation when doing the assessment/assignment.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
