         <description><![CDATA[<p>As a Mum to a busy 18 month old, self-care is so important to me. It allows me to take time for myself which also allows me to be the best Mum that I can. For me, self-care looks like a morning coffee while my son sleeps in, and making sure I prioritise time for the essentials like washing my hair. Implementing an earlier bedtime is also a new self-care strategy to ensure I am getting enough sleep while balancing work, study and Mum life.</p>]]></description>
