Students are also not limited to learn at school, they may learn at home or anywhere because of the technology tools that will be integrated. When tech acts as a direct tool substitute, with no functional change. Blended learning cannot simply occur by adding new technology tools. Blending learning is not learning a new technology tool. Many get the confusion of thinking blended learning is simple adding technology tools, which it is not.
