    Given that TCAC is a Direct Action organization, I think a short strategic plan would be more beneficial. So two years to be safe. I think this will allow more time to grow and shift with the political climate. What do y'all think?
    - Normally strategic planning takes more time (bylaws process normally takes about three years).
    - Good idea to have more time.
    - TCAC is always going to emphasize rapid response work.
       - How do we formalize the rapid response process?

    Used to silenced and reined in for being too far out there, didn't experience that, felt it was a very gentle okay we've done this and now we do that and made it pleasurable to participate 

    Wonder about figuring out the practical aspects and pragmatic ways that we can work within a 6-month timeline if that's what we decide on, knowing that there is an overall need for spaciousness, challenge for any facilitators, invite us all to think about that

    The spaciousness that was created, along with the spaciousness/cognizance of time. Jellyfish!!! The ability to both expand when needed, and gather needed to gather. As someone sensitive to being silenced, experienced this as being gentle and pleasurable to participate. Gave freedom to participate without defenses or guards up; kept showing up.

    Have agreements how we manage creatively and lovingly the time we have together

    Practical/pragmatic ways that we can work within a 6-month (?) timeline, knowing that there is this overarching need for spaciousness--> enormous challenge in facilitation. Invites us all to think about this. Our various days will have various paces, so we need to co-create agreements around that to allow it to be dynamic.
