This is because when wrestling season comes next year I do not want to be placed in a heavier weight class and 190 would still be reasonable. I can see when I achieved the goal by stepping on a scale. This goal is realistic since I am 193. This goal is significant to me since it would make wrestling easier. I could achieve this goal whenever but I want to do it safely instead of dropping it all at once. 2. My second goal would to not eat chips or drink sugary drinks. I have a kids playground jungle gym thing near my house I can do one a mucle up a day and then practice do explosive pull ups, 10 of those every 3 hours. dips I do all the time when I'm bored.this is realistic and Relevent my life cause I have been training to get away from free weights and doing only body weight workouts.
