Amari is practicing tracing basic shapes and is beginning to show more control and focus during these activities. She is learning how to sort and match objects by colour and shape and benefit from gentle reminders and hands-on practice. Identifying numbers, shapes, and letters are emerging, and with continued exposure and encouragement, Amari will continue to build confidence and understanding in these areas.

Amari enjoys listening to stories and is beginning to recall and discuss simple details. She is developing the ability to interpret different sounds in the environment and show enthusiasm during music and singing activities. Amari is beginning to communicate more confidently with peers, often using short sentences, and is starting to ask questions to express curiosity. With continued encouragement and opportunities for listening and conversations, Amari will further strengthen these important communication skills and auditory skills.

Amari loves being active and is getting even better at moving her body with balance and coordination. She’s is still developing skills like jumping rope, skipping, and playing hopscotch, and her throwing and kicking is getting more controlled.

She’s also gaining confidence using equipment like bats and rackets and really enjoys obstacle courses. Balancing on one leg is still a bit tricky, but with a little more practice, Amari will keep getting stronger and steadier. Well done! Amari.
