According to the content of day 2, and myself dealing with elementary students, their behaviour are at times related to the baggage they carry from home like late sleep routine, or some sort or allergies or May be the snack is not according to child’s preferences etc. these factors also hinders the learning of the child. 2. Every task should have had a more extensive Q and A session.
3. We didn't get time to discuss about MI in our group due to lack of time. The reading material, if shared right after the class would have been more effective in solidifying the concept. 
4. Day 2 seemed to be overloaded with concepts and a wrapup to summarize the learning of the day and discuss how they are inter-related would have helped.

At times teachers do carry  a baggage of any incident happening in the classrooms. 
Will that be a critical incident? More discussions may have elobirated the topic. 

The learning style inventory topic  should have been culminated well for a clearer understanding.
