We also captured conventional elements of London that make it the place it is: such as red buses, tubes and telephone boxes so that the audience can further recognise the setting. We also shot on a sunny day with high-key natural lighting to create more of an upbeat mood to mirror the song as it also becomes more upbeat. While filming we had to be mindful not to get in the way of the public and when filming in areas such as the underground or train stations, we couldn’t use tripods. To fix this I will stabilise the camera in post-production with an effect called ‘warp stabiliser’.
