I was able to provide learning opportunities for all children to allow them to learn and develop. Throughout my teaching practicum, I have found alternation to ensure I could teach children effectively to their interest. This will benefit children as their interest is being met where they can learn other aspects in order to learn and develop. I have found it helpful when my associate teacher assists and supports me to help develop my teaching knowledge and practice.
Through Professional Inquiry Two, in the Practicum Diary of Entry 1 (Tuesday 21st April 2015), I support child interest in alphabets and numbers through resources and listening to them.
In Professional Inquiry Four in the Practicum Diary, entry 1B, the children interest was all about superheros so I followed their interest in the outdoors and resources.
