         <description><![CDATA[<p>The 4 year old classes from the MB Cossío School participated in a experiment in which they could learn about the different states of water only using a kettle and a piece of paper. The water inside the kettle, being so hot, turns into gas. The gas rises with the air until it reaches the paper, which ends up wet by the effect. Very visual for children!</p>]]></description>

Oh, it's frozen!</p><p>Let's be scientists while examining how water looks, feels, and tastes.</p><p>During our English classes, we implemented the CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) approach by combining water science experiments with learning English as a Foreign Language (EFL).  By integrating multisensory methods into the learning process and using our senses (sight, smell, taste, and touch) we studied water, acquired EFL, and, of course, had a wonderful time. </p>]]></description>

         <title>MB Cossío - Does the dye stain?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The 3-year-olds have experienced the power of the dye. For this, 3 different colors have been used: green, blue and yellow. The children poured water into 3 different glasses and then poured dye of the different colors, one in each glass. Once the water was dyed, a ball of white cardboard was placed inside each glass. They took it out 5 minutes after putting it in. They could observe that, although it was very slight, the paper had begun to change color. It was decided, therefore, to leave the balls inside the glass overnight. The next day, the children could see how, after some time, the paper had changed color. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>To test the capillarity of plants, children have experimented in class with a white clabel, a white daisy and some celery leaves. They added food coloring to the water and left them in the glasses until they saw what happened. As the days passed, the flowers began to dye the color that had turned into the water.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>This experiment illustrates in a simple way how the processes of evaporation and condensation, essential to the water cycle, work. On the one hand (evaporation), the sun's heat causes the water droplets on the window to evaporate, turning into water vapor. On the other (condensation), the water vapor touches the surface of the plastic, which is cooler, and condenses into small droplets.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Extending the home fountain experiment, the water coming out of the bottle continues its path through the circuit. The 4-year-olds created a water circuit with two bottles, several straws to serve as conduits, and a final tray to fill at the end of the circuit.</p>]]></description>
