I'm really excited to get started in this management course because I've always had an interest in management. I'm hopeful that the knowledge I accrue during this course will help me in my career field. I think my biggest asset going into my career field is my attention to detail. I excel when it comes to looking at all the little details and getting into the nitty gritty. It can also be a liability though, because this attention to detail comes at the expense of time.
