I find that it is essential for both my mental and physical health. I enjoy weight training and HIIT workouts and would like to run a marathon at some point. It's on the Bucketlist.

I am currently teaching a class called Lifeskills which has its own lesson plans within the curriculum created for fidelity of the program.

After graduating with my Bachelors in Elementary Education in 2002 I did not immediately pursue my certification and actually went into the social service field.
