Self directed learning is not easy to do, but i can clearly define my goals and make a plan by starting small and building habits. I think self-directed learning is improved if the learner continuously evaluates their goals and expected outcomes throughout. I think also, self-directed learning is improved if the learner reaches out to other resources such as mentors.
