         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Step-by-Step Instructions for Students</strong></p><ol><li><p><strong>Choose 3–4 jobs</strong> (the teacher can assign or let them pick).</p></li><li><p><strong>Research basic facts</strong> about each job (can be done in class with phones/tablets or at home).</p></li><li><p><strong>Write a short description</strong> (3–5 sentences per job). Use a structured format.</p><p>Example: A baker works in a bakery.<br>They make bread, cakes, and pastries.<br>A baker uses an oven, flour, and other ingredients.<br>They usually work very early in the morning.<br>A baker has to be patient and careful.</p><p>(Students can also watch the video put below for other examples.)</p></li><li><p><strong>Present to the class</strong> or other groups.</p></li></ol>]]></description>
