You will need some vegetable oil, liquid food coloring, a medium-sized piece of cardstock, preferably white or a light color (or cut a piece of cardboard from a box).

In a small cup, pour some vegetable oil and add a few drops of liquid food coloring of your choice. (you can make a few of these cups with different colors) Stir until the color is mostly small droplets. Pour some water (about an inch) into a baking dish. Pour some of your oil/food coloring mixture into the baking dish along with the water. Lay your cardstock on the surface of the water/oil/food coloring mixture. Take it out and lay it, color side up, on a paper towel to dry. When it’s dry, cut it up into the shapes you want and use it to decorate a card or make a new piece of art!

10 Body Squats
10 Seconds of Trunk Twist
10 Seconds of Golf Swing
10 Seconds of Touch your toes with keeping your legs straight
10 Seconds of Flamingo Stretch on each leg ( quadricep stretch)
20 Line hops side to side over the line, 20 2 ft hops front to back, 20 Scissors over the line.  
20 Criss Cross
10 push ups
10 sit ups
10 Crunches
1 Minute plank

Find your favorite activity and play for 20 minutes. Example: ride your bike for 20 minutes, play basketball for 20 minutes, jump rope, hula hoop, swim, tennis, soccer, paddle ball, volleyball.  Enjoy the beautiful weather that God has blessed us with in Southwest Sunny Florida.
