Actual cost of a project is higher than quotation submitted or budget given by the client. And also when the project extended, we do not have the visibility to calculate the effort / human resources spent, so in a way the project may be already losing money.

Studio crew is a one man crew

Currently we only have rashidi in as a full time.

Sairah and naz will be leaving as they complete their diploma in Q3.

A TD/studio manager that is capable of the know hows.

We do not have enough people for studio crew. Now that we have IMS it will be more difficult to manage.

For instances like CNA project, the setup date was blocked out in advance but ALL studio personnel were required to step out during the setup itself and it was a very unprofessional look as client was present. Producer was unaware until the day of the setup. In future, let's respect that the crew has been booked for the day and is unavailable.

Get relevant parties involved in the discussion at the proposal stage and come up with a itemized scope of work for the kick off meeting along with the estimated timeline.
Meetings should always involve key personnel so that we cover all key discussions.
Items that are out of scope due to team skill set should be rejected early, if not outsourced early to prevent mishandling of timeline, this should be generally be cleared and discussed on our internal pre kick-off meeting.
