Ethics will always be extremely important for anyone in any career or daily life. Having good ethics is highly important. It is also important to understand financial statements as well as time value money. If you are working for and have badly prepared financial statements, future or current investors are not going to want anything to do with you/ your business. For any business and for the people who run it, the importance of accurate financial statements cannot be underestimated. What I learned the most about, was capital budgeting. I learned that capital budgeting is important because it creates accountability and measurability.
