         <description><![CDATA[<div>Muscles are needed for all types of movement, pumping blood, and breathing.&nbsp; There are over 600 muscles in the human body. The three types of muscles are Cardiac Muscle, Smooth Muscle, and Skeletal Muscle. One example of a cardiac muscle is the heart. One example of a Smooth Muscle is the&nbsp;esophagus.  One example of a skeletal muscle is a bicep.  A voluntary muscle is a movement you can control.  A involuntary muscle is a movement you can't control.  Two things I learned were what muscle fatigue was, and what lactic acid was.</div>]]></description>
