Delta Math is an extremely specific tool that requires extremely specific, on point answers, to be considered correct. For instance, if the answer to a math problem is 4.58, but it is unknown to the student that they must round up, they will get the problem wrong for not typing in 4.6. This will make the student feel like they have been set back a step, and create nervousness for their grade. Also, students must obtain multiple questions correct to complete the section they are working on, though sometimes if they have gotten a question wrong, the section will set the student back a step which leaves them farther from completing the section.
