2. How does the strategy work:
The government restricts the supply of coal for industries. They recommend clean energy for the companies to use. (They have to coz they got no coal)
3. Strengths & challenges: 
The restrictions heal pressure onto the economy and coal suppliers. This leads to unemployment in coal companies. When power rationing happens, the factories shut down, the level of productivity decreases. They provided housing using intensive use of land space and high quality affordable housing, since the government can dictate the price, with a mix of races.
3. Strengths & challenges: 
More people can afford proper housing which reduces the amount of people living in slums. It also has intermingling of races which promotes racial harmony. However, a member of minority race can only sell their hdb to another of a minority race. Also there can be different income groups intermingling which promotes an understanding of other people. It is also more hygienic as compared to slums, since there are rubbish disposal chutes and waste facilities, a good sewage system with a toilet per flat and clean water. How does the strategy work:
It taxes people who own cars when driving to certain places or times, using a satellite tracker or GPS. This deters the people from driving, which helps to reduce the air pollution.
3. Challenges and Benefits 
It will encourage people to take the mrt, which is more environmentally friendly, cheaper and reduces traffic congestion. The car industry will be badly hit, since less people will want to buy cars, since they have to pay taxes for using them. Setting up the new generation ERP will be expensive. They are using a reward system which incorporates their culture if saunas. If they don’t use their private transport, they get free admission to saunas.
Benefits and Challenges:
It costs a lot and the government is the one funding this, so less will be spent on other things such as education. People may not be that motivated to use public transport, since sauna entry costs are not that expensive.
