EVERY HR DECISION MUST BE DONE BY THE BOOK TO AVOID LITIGATIONS WHICH TAKES A LOT OF ENERGY, TIME AND COULD RESULT IN THE BUSINESS LOOSING A LOT OF MONEY TO THE LAW SUITS.
