she will always be short in money as she tends to buy makeup and not her needs.

she will always be insecure without her makeup on whenever she goes to school, and that's not nice for a 15 years old school student.

Because pointing out what we cant change is a waste if time therefore we can make the environment better by just jot commenting or doing body talks

I will not compare myself to others because I learn how to love and accept how I look.

They won't be affected by external negative comments. Confidence wont be affected. We will be happier

Community will not judge our looks and instead focus on what defines a person such as their character, ability and skills

Ladies judged on weight after marriage, ladies judged for not able to conceive and relate it to body of a women (always women to be blamed)

Post positive quotes supporting women facing this issues. In real life-face to face tell the person who does the body talk (tell nicely but firmly) that his/her action is not acceptable. :-) I have done it before and will do it always :-)

High school students especially the ones expose to media

They are expose to media and peer pressure

Advocate about how fake media social can be

i would most likely help myself and my friends who have the same problem as me

we sometimes are insecure about how our bodies and our faces look (imperfect nose, small eyes, etc) and we will think many times before posting our faces on social medias

i can help them by stressing them that 90% of postings on social media posted by the influencers are heavily edited, and we will also create an instagram account dedicated to embrace the uniqueness of appearances of everyone in the whole world

family (siblings / cousins)

constantly comparing themselves to the current beauty standards they found in social media

ask them to post a selfie of themselves in a group chat with uplifting and complimentary caption about themselves whenever they feel bad or good about their appearance

teenagers who are still figuring out their identities

tell them to not be easily swayed by the messaging being pushed by brands and influencers, because they are unattainable and unhealthy

tell them to shift their focus on building their interests and skills, as that it was reflects their true selves as opposed to physical beauty

I would want to help people around me so that we can be happy together <3

They're affected by the influencers / artists they saw on social media

By saying that, it is okay to not be perfect because what we saw on social media is not 100% true and they probably took tons of picture before post the perfect one on their social media account. You will always be beautiful no matter how you look :)
