We tend to say that we are honest and trustworthy always, but the truth is that we are not even being honest with that. In our country, there is so little awareness of how honesty can change our house, country, and world. We sometimes think that a little lie can't harm someone. We think that stealing a little thing is nothing bad. We think that fraud is nothing to worry about. We have many excuses to cover up our dishonest acts. As Hondurans we forget about the true meaning of honesty. Honesty is being authentic, real, proper, original, sincere, reliable, and TRUE. I believe honesty can help us improve our dear Honduras. Our country is spoiled at some point. We only criticize and never think of solutions. We can all start with little steps like not copying our homework, accepting our mistakes, saying the truth, and following the rules. This is the moment to make a change, little steps full of perseverance lead to big ones. We, Seniors, are going to be adults one day and we should do what is right, what is honest. Benjamin Franklin said that Honesty is the best policy.
