Admin has sent new instructions for clocking in/out. Basically, you just don't need to use the In or Out buttons anymore. Here are the instructions:

When you either come in or out from the clock:
 
  1. type your card number on the keypad at the clock 
 
   2. press ENTER 
 
  1. place your finger on the sensor 
 
  1. press ENTER 
 
When clocking “in or out” at the clock and you use the in or out button it seems to cause unprocessed time and multiple unnecessary punches among other punch issues at times.  Please instruct your staff not to use the “ in and out” buttons anymore.
