Welcome to Ms Huan's Geography Class!

Last year has been a challenging year for you in learning. But I believe it has trained you to become more resilient and skilful in different aspects. Let's have a good start in 2021! Set your goals and work for it!  ;)

To my Sec 1 Geographers, I welcome you to explore Geography with me. I hope to get to know you better and learn from you too!

To my Sec 2 Geographers, you are one year older! This year, you will get to apply what you learnt in Sec 1 and you will learn to become a Town Planner! You will go out to the field to investigate and collect data from the public. You will then use your data to help you in your town planning and draw your dream town plan!

To my Sec 3 Geographers, thanks for choosing Geography! You made the right choice! Geography helps you to see how the world is connected. You will be learning about natural hazards such as volcanic eruptions, earthquakes and tsunami. Most importantly, you will explore on strategies to mitigate these hazards.

To my Sec 4 Geographers, welcome back to school. You will be sitting for National Exams this year. Don't be stressed. As long as you remind yourself to remain focused and be consistent, you will do well. You will be exploring on Tourism and Food. We will be looking at some problems in the world such as food security and impacts of tourism, and explore some big solutions to help to solve these problems.

To all, prompt submission of good quality work will certainly help as it allows me to offer timely feedback to help you to learn better.

I look forward to this exciting year with you! Let's apply what we learn to makes this world a better place.
