A letter of quotation is any letter written in reference to the price of a service or product to government. Scheduled flight should be booked through local travel agent (local order). If there is a debt with supplier, the travel agency needs to make payment to the supplier. Payment terms are usually stated on the invoice. Invoice involve domestic and international which services fee for domestic included gst while services fee for international excluded gst.
