Things to improve: User asked about more detailed classification of data based on age, gender. Gave suggestions to put graphs (e.g. bar graphs) instead of numbers. 
Positive Things: Easily Navigable, Simple Design

Task 2: Find the nearest Health Station for a corona infected person.
Things to improve: 
  1. Directions button for starting navigation straight from the map.
  2. More detailed guidelines to visit the health center (like is it better to call first or is there any particular time reserved for coronavirus patients.
Positive Feedback: Liked the map location of the health center. Praise for simple design.

Task 3: 
Fault Detected : Our prototype lead user straight from home screen to symptoms screen on pressing record symptoms button. It should have checked whether the user is logged in or not according to the design. 
Things to improve: 
  1. Symptoms Screen: User did not like the scaling of symptoms. He recommended more descriptive scaling rather than numbers. Like for fever he suggested normal, mild, high and very high. For tiredness and coughing he suggested radio buttons of yes or no. 
  2. Advice Screen: User recommended giving references to suggestions about quarantine to improve authenticity.
Positive Feedback: Liked the idea of recording symptoms in profile, Navigation was easy, Simple Design.

  1. The Symptoms Screen is crowded, a user should only answer yes/no to symptoms or use checkbox instead. 
  2. The search button on the Home Screen is not intuitive; it opens to a statistics screen not a search feature.
  3. Provide more tips and recommendations after the COVID-19 symptoms analysis.

Positive Feedback:
  1. The app is very informative and relevant in this period of crisis
  2. The app is intuitive
  3. " I'm much interested in using the finished App, and would recommend it to a friend."
