He gives a beautiful, humorous, and occasionally raw narrative of his life, tackling issues like extreme poverty, religion, race, abuse, and a the struggles of being a kid in a way that is engaging, informative, and leaves you wanting more. This is a story that is going to open your eyes to a side of South Africa that might not be easily accessible otherwise. 
If you prefer audio books, the Audible version of the book has Trevor Noah as the reader which leads authenticity the book and helps understand how some of the tribal dialects are meant to be pronounced.

Andy Samberg is the star/writer in this dark comedy. After watching this it stuck with me for days. If you are a fan of dark, thought provoking comedy, I would highly suggest this one.
