As the use of technology in workspaces and future jobs grow, individuals will have to have significant competence in skills that can be replicated or done more efficiently by robots if they want jobs in that field. If you don't really have a job you ABSOLUTELY want to do, then you will want to have a lot of flexibility and prior preparation on skills that only humans can do(as of now). This skills include programming, creativity, emotional intelligence, etc. In conclusion, unless you have significant competence or flexibility in your skills, it will get harder and harder to get good jobs in the future.
