I am grateful for everything I have and of what I’ve become because of them. When I am lost and hopeless my God helps me and strengthens me and direct my path. When I’m tired my family inspire me and reminds me that everything will be alright and that I must always love my profession. When I don’t know what to do my colleagues and life experiences encouraged me to keep on learning and give the best I can. And when I felt that nothing good happen my students gives 

Aside from God, my family plays a vital role in my passion for teaching.  They are also the source of my strength and constantly move forward daily. My husband and my children are my inspiration and serve as my stress reliever.

 Lastly, Recognitions help me boost my talents and skills. It helps me to encourage more people to do the same thing. 

different forms – may it be people, things, or experiences. Whatever it may be, they

surely keep our passion burning within ourselves. They are the primary reason why we

keep going, strive to do our best and inspire other people. Without them, we are like

vehicles who have empty gas tanks. We are not going to be efficient, effective, and

productive in our duties and responsibilities. Moreover, as the saying goes “no man is

an island”, it connotes that we, alone, cannot carry our tasks and go over with it.

Instead, we should have someone or something to fulfill our endeavors and aspirations

in teaching profession.

Along the way , I struggle some of the times in coping the needs of my learners. However as time pass by, I also learn to discover new things and other strategies that make my teaching career a better if not the best one. 

I can say and prove that education is a lifelong process in which we teachers are also learning. 

Most of the time we learn from our mistakes. And this mistakes give us enough strength to face the next challenges in our life. 

 Teaching need time, effort , money and above all patience. this are just spices that we should always bring in  dealing with our learners With this spices, we will be able to cater their needs. And also we need to have an understanding heart so that we can go down to the level of our learners and communicate to them with out making them uneasy or giving them some hesitation to join the discussion of the class. We need to understand that our learners are not the same and they had unique personalities. We need to adopt every situation that can help develop our learners and sometimes we need to innovate an think some changes to deliver what the pupils needs.

I guess with the above mention characteristics, We will be a great teachers in the eyes and heart of our learners.

 

Additionally, their eagerness to see the outcomes of my efforts and successes aids in overcoming obstacles in the way of my teaching love. They are my motivations for all of my successful efforts in my field. My STUDENTS are up next. They fuel my enthusiasm as well. I am even more inspired to teach with passion because I see how hard they work to learn despite obstacles like poverty, travel time to school, or pandemics. When I was younger, I could easily identify with them. Despite the fact that we are not as lucky as some, our circumstances inspired me to want to learn more. My experiences enable me to fully comprehend them.

Even if I may not be flawless, I will make every effort to serve them. The list also contains GROWTH. Recognitions make me feel like I've accomplished something at work and that I'm a perfect fit for teaching and for being in a classroom. It improves my sense of productivity, fosters loyalty, and fosters cooperation among my coworkers. Being acknowledged also implies that I am appreciated for the work I accomplish well. It strengthens my belief that incentives other than money are necessary to keep workers motivated. When we feel acknowledged for the struggles we endured so that our kids could benefit, as teachers, we become more motivated to work harder. I'll be appreciative of these enablers forever. I was able to be myself and love what I was doing because of them.

Learners- Learners are one of my motivations to keep me going and I love teaching young minds.
