These chicken skewers are juicy and full of flavour. First, the chicken is marinated with turmeric and spices. Then, the pieces are put onto bamboo sticks. After that, they are grilled over hot charcoal until cooked. Finally, the skewers are served with peanut sauce, which is creamy and smells very good.
