Hello ladies and gentleman, today i will be discussing with you why women are not being treated equally in regards with equal pay, Education and how mental health is not the same in men.

The first concern i will be outlining is Equal pay. Women who work are not being paid the same amount as men. For example a male surgeon would get paid a deserving £70,000 and a female surgeon would get paid half of that.

Hello, my name is Kyle, and today i am talking to you about why equality is still an issue for women and girls today.  

My first point is that there are still young girls that do not have the same privilege as boys to go and have an education. Facts show that 82% of girls in other countries have to wait until they are 30 to go and have an education. This is very depressing because in the UK, every child starts their education at the same time; as they should ! 

My second point is that men are still being paid more than women. Firstly i want to say why is this still happening?  Well, within my own experience, i went to the gym one day and i only saw one female gym instructor. Hello, I am Elliot and I will be talking about gender equality as this is a problem that affects at least 90% of the world. 
The first point I will be talking about is Equal pay this is a big problem as everyone deserves to have equal pay for the hard work they do and it shouldn't be judged on gender. Imagine that you found out you was being paid less just because of your gender. An example of this is female doctors they do the same job as male doctors but a lot sadly get paid less just because they are women.
