Hi, for me, the best topic so far (rated from Chapter 1 to Chapter 12) is Chapter 1 (Matter & Measurement) because it is a continuous lesson from SPM syllabus. Meanwhile, I am working hard to understand Chapter 6 (Quantum Numbers and Electron Configurations) because that topic is totally new for me. No worries, I am surely can handle that! Hello and hi Dr Ain,first of all, I would like to congratulate you on your new arrival.I hope both of you are doing well. Okay,for me, i think the best topic so far is topic 3(mole concept and concentration of solution) because I prefer to do calculations a lot than studying long long notes and paragraphs.Besides that, topic 3 is also the continuous lesson from SPM. Nevertheless, I had a difficult time in understanding Topic 6(quantum numbers and electron configuration) because it is a brand new topic for me.And currently I'm working hard to understand the topic because it is an important chapter and also the base for the following chapters.I believe practice makes perfect!!

Salam, Dr Ain! Thank you for preparing padlet for us to express our thoughts on the learning. For me, the best topic is Chapter 3, eventhough it has loads of formulas but it wont be hard enough if we understood the concept. As for the chapter that I find difficult is Chapter 6 like what you have mentioned, it is a new chapter and needs more attention and deeper understanding of it. But, with the help of Youtube and you aswell it wont be that hard anymore. I believe in that. Strive for the best, chemistry is easy!

HIII DR! thanks for your concern. so far the chapter that i truly understand is chapter 3 as i have learned it before and chapter 4 is quiet okay for me as i worked hard to master the stoichiometry questions during test 1. the latest chapter that i really need to study more is chapter 6 ( the quantum numbers and electron configuration) as i made some silly mistakes while doing exercises on that chapter. next i think that chapter 12 regarding the vsepr and vbt is quiet challenging for me as it is a new topic that i must learn. this chapter requires me to really understand the concept of electronic and molecular geometry. i also have to study the hybridisation topic thoroughly because it requires a great understanding as we need to draw and so on. but dont worry much dr because dr alif explained it to us in details. :)

Assalamualaikum, Dr Ain. First and foremost I would like to express my sincere gratitude towards you for sharing all these lecture notes with us even when you are away. I would like to congratulate you on the arrival of new family member if it is not too late. Haha. Okay! Straight to the point. Chemistry has always been the saddest subject in my life for I rarely achieve success in it! Even I do understand the concept, I tend to forget it easily. I believe it is because the lack of exercises. But I will still keep on trying even though I believe it is hard. Oh right, the first four topics are easy to understand. But then, when I started to learn Chapter 6. WOW. What is that thing?! I have a problem to understand it for some time. However, with the help of my friends, I am now able to grab the understandings though. The next chapters are basically much more to readings and memorising which I do have issues with it especially when the text are too long and compressed in a paragraph. This means that I have to put a lot of effort to make notes and summarise what I've learn. But I believe that the lecture notes will help me a lot. Thanks again, Dr Ain :)

hello Dr Ain! I knew i was late but i just get in into this padlet. My favorable chapter so far is Chapter 3, Mole Concept and Concentration of Solutions. For me this chapter is fun to learn. Plus knowledge from this chapter can be used not only in chemistry experiment but also other experiment such as biology. So I can see clearly the application of this knowledge and the reasons why I need to study this chapter. On the other hand, i really and totally have a very big problem with Chapter 6, Quantum Number and Electron Configuration. I only know that in this chapter, it shows a lot of different fact about electron compare to hat I've learnt in secondary school. That's all. Perhaps i still cannot see the reasons why we need to study this chapter. What I mean is the application of knowledge in this chapter. Plus this chapter is quite complicated and confusing to me personally. As the impact of not able to understand Chapter 6, I meet difficulties to understand chapter 8 and 9 which I can't even remember the name of the chapter. Sorry Dr. however, I'll do my best to understand chapter 6 especially the importance of knowledge in chapter 6. The chapter i think was easy to be understood is chapter 5. Basically this chapter involves quite alot of calculations and theories which are new to us.I struggled with this chapter at first, but then after i tried to do some research on this chapter via different sources , its actually quite easy to understandthis topic. The chapter I feel is difficult is chapter 9. Transition metals killed me. I dont understand why they have colours even though I tried to understand it for quite alot of times. But then, there is no elevator to success, we have to take the stairs. So , I will try my best to understand what i cannot catch up in those chapters we have learnt. I believe everything will come easy to me in the end. 😊 Sorry for late reply Dr Ain ..
