Highly-paid positions are more likely to be occupied by men. Why?
Because men have stronger leadership and mobility than women. For example, most presidents in each country are men.

1. The kind of work that requires effort is more suitable for men, such as security guards and couriers. Because men are generally stronger than women, they can also protect the area by working as security guards.

2. Women are suitable for jobs that require greater care, such as nurses and teachers.
